These terms describe the commercial and acceptable-use rules for the QuoteMender evaluation and ongoing service.
QuoteMender provides software for organizing open estimates and sending contractor-authorized follow-up messages. It does not guarantee replies, appointments, accepted estimates, revenue, or any other sales outcome.
The evaluation is $49 for 30 days. It does not automatically convert into a recurring plan. Continuing service requires a separate affirmative purchase of the monthly plan presented in the product.
The current core plan is $99 per month. Subscription billing begins only after the customer explicitly completes the monthly checkout. Subscription access may be paused or ended if payment fails or the subscription is cancelled.
You may use QuoteMender only with customers, prospects, or estimate recipients you are legally permitted to contact. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of uploaded data and for honoring opt-outs and other applicable communications requirements.
You remain responsible for deciding which estimates enter follow-up and for the content you configure. QuoteMender provides pause, status, and sequence controls. When supported inbound reply routing identifies a reply, the system is designed to stop the remaining automated sequence for that estimate.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized users or attempt to access another customer's data.
QuoteMender may update product features, providers, security controls, and workflows as the service evolves. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
