QuoteMender uses business and estimate information only to operate the follow-up service, maintain accounts, process billing, provide support, and protect the service.
Account information can include a contractor's name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, workflow answers, login credentials stored as password hashes, billing status, and service settings.
When a contractor uses the product, QuoteMender can also process estimate records such as customer name, customer email, phone number, project/service, quote amount, estimate date, internal notes, follow-up status, message history, and reply metadata.
We use this information to authenticate users, store estimates, schedule and send authorized follow-up, stop sequences when a reply or status change is recorded, notify the contractor, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain service records.
QuoteMender may use infrastructure, payment, and email-delivery providers to operate the service. Production integrations are designed for Stripe for payment processing and Resend for application/follow-up email. Those providers process data needed to perform their services under their own privacy terms.
Contractors are responsible for uploading only customer or lead information they are permitted to use and for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws. QuoteMender is not a source of scraped homeowner lists.
Account and product data are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain billing/support records, or comply with legal obligations. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Production access uses authenticated customer sessions and an independently protected owner administration area.
