Once the production inbound-reply domain is connected, QuoteMender receives the reply event, stops the remaining sequence, updates the estimate to Replied, and notifies the contractor.
The reply address is unique to the estimate, so QuoteMender can match it to the correct opportunity.
No remaining automated touches are sent after the reply is recorded.
The contractor is notified and can mark the opportunity replied, won, lost, or paused from the dashboard.
Each paying contractor receives a password-protected account with isolated data, persistent estimates, follow-up history, settings, and billing status.
Customer data is separated by account and only visible inside that contractor's session.
